  • Procter & Gamble eased 0.8% to $164.38 after the consumer goods company reported third-quarter 2025 results.

    Net sales declined 2% to $19.78 billion from $20.19 billion, net earnings inched up to $3.77 billion from $3.75 billion, and diluted earnings per share rose to $1.54 from $1.52 a year ago.

    The company paid a dividend of $1.0065 per share, an increase from 94.07 cents a year ago.

    Procter & Gamble guided fiscal 2025 organic sales growth to be approximately 2% from $80.04 billion in the prior year and diluted earnings per share to grow between 6% and 8%, compared to $6.02 a year ago.

  • Procter & Gamble declined 1.8% to $168.53 after the consumer products company reported quarterly results. 

    Revenue in the fiscal first quarter ending in September declined 1% to $21.7 billion from $21.9 billion, net income decreased 12% to $3.9 billion from $4.5 billion, and diluted earnings per share dropped 12% to $1.81 from $1.61 from $1.83 a year ago. 

    The company reiterated its full-year revenue growth to range between 2% and 4% and diluted earnings per share to increase between 10% and 12% from $6.02 in 2024, or between $6.91 and $7.05.

  • Procter & Gamble Co increased 1.2% to $148.0 after the consumer goods maker reported the fiscal first quarter 2024 earnings that surpassed estimates set by some analysts. 

    Revenue in the latest quarter increased 6% to $21.9 billion from $20.6 billion and and net income rose 15% to $4.5 billion from $3.9 billion and diluted earnings per share advanced to $1.83 from $1.57 a year ago. 

    Sales in the quarter were driven by 1% decline in volume and 7% increase in prices.  

    P&G guided sales in the fiscal 2024 to increase between 2% and 4% and diluted earnings per share to rise between 6% and 9% and fall between $6.25 and $6.43.

  • Procter & Gamble rose 3.7% to $156.50 after the consumer products maker reported better-than-expected quarterly results. 

    P&G said revenue in the fiscal third quarter ending in March increased 4% to $20.1 billion, driven by 10% increase in prices and 3% decline in volume. 

    Net income attributable to common stockholders increased 1% to $3.39 billion from $3.35 billion and diluted earnings per share rose to $1.37 from $1.33 a year ago.  

    The company revised its full-year sales guidance to increase 1% from the previous estimated range between decline of 1% and in-line.
